Full Throttle
- 30 Hours of Admin Support
- Hours equally divided in the month
3rd Gear
- 25 Hours of admin Support
- Hours divided equally in the month
Adhoc
- This is designed for extra work needed that you need done that is not listed on our service page like gifting etc. and extra work needed after your package hours are concluded
Design Package
- If you don’t need the admin support, but you need to have a few graphics done like adverts, logos, infographics, flyer designs, etc, then this package is for you.
SOS Package
- This is specifically designed for extra work that you need done after work hours/ weekends support.
Day Saver Package
- This package is a full day from 9am – 4pm, specifically created for when you need filing done, and we come to your offices, travel fees are excluded.
ON-Demand
- Designed for companies that only need tasks done per hour, and not necessarily need a full package. The on-demand option.
Event Day Coordination
- Need me to be there on the day of the event to make sure everything goes as planned, and that all our hard work is managed well. This fee caters for that, specifically.

What IS THE PROCESS OF CHOOSING A PACKAGE AND STARTING THE TASKS?
1. Consultation: You can email/ WhatsApp/ call us and let me know what you need and then we can meet up via Teams or in person and discuss the way forward.

3. Get your timeslots: We typically allocate the total hours from your selected package into 3-hour sessions spread throughout the month for optimal efficiency and flexibility.
4. Then we work: Before every shift starts I contact you to discuss what we need to do and what is most urgent. I give you an update on everything after every session.
CAN I CHOOSE MORE THAN ONCE PACKAGE?
Yes! You can usually choose more than one package if your needs span multiple services. We are happy to combine packages or customizing a plan so you get exactly what you need without paying for extras you don’t.
You can also start off with one package and if you find that i’s not enough hours, you can always cancel that option and choose a higher/ lower package.
Whatever needs you have, we are happy to have a look and customize something else for you.
How do I know my assistant is keeping up with the tasks?
I assure my clients that you’re completing the work they require by being transparent, consistent, and communicative. Here’s how:
